Reservation Agent

This exciting job goes from mid November until the beginning of April.  This dynamic person is responsible for being the front line face of GSR.  You greet the guests when they arrive, make sure their paperwork - waivers, ID, payments are processed and gear them up for their adventure.  You will be responsible for answering questions on email and phone and book customers into our online booking portal, as well as working with social media.   Customer Service and attention to detail is critical.
