Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate must have experience making croissants (this is our top priority) and fine pastries. This role requires someone who is independent, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality baking.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake croissants and other fine pastries to a high standard

Work early morning shifts (3 AM start) to ensure fresh products daily

Follow recipes (written in French) and maintain consistency in quality

Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

 

Requirements:

Experience in croissant-making is a must

Strong skills in fine pastry production

Ability to read French, as most recipes are in French

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable with early morning hours

Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality ingredients

 

Job Details:

Part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time

Competitive pay based on experience

Start date: May 1st, 2025
